A normal part of life for modern urbanites is visiting markets, local retailers, and good restaurants offering fresh seasonal produce. When designing Urban Residence, some space was allocated to a small fresh market - a 600 square metre city market with ten operations to provide residents with a gastronomic and social experience.

Near Urban Residence you will find everything you need for your life. There are several shopping centres, a public swimming pool, a healthcare centre, a primary school and a nursery school, two train stations, pharmacies, city gardens and an ice rink. All of these are literally one step away.
Urban Residence is located at an ideal accessible place, from which you can get everywhere in a few minutes. Walk to the city's centre in 10 minutes, go shopping or to the swimming pool in 5 minutes, and a trip to Koliba or the Carpathians is roughly 20 minutes away. The location is easily accessible by foot or public transport, and you can ride your bicycle directly from your home on a new bike path.
In the inside yard of Urban Residence there is a large park, which also includes sport grounds and a playground for children. A new standard of living is also brought by cutting-edge and innovative features such as sheltered bike parking, scooter parking, and a charging station for electric cars.
